We can communicate in English during your dog's stay in our dog hotel.

Our dog hotel is located half an hour from Bratislava and around one hour from Vienna, in the small town Malacky. We also provide DOG TAXI to this cities.

Dogs sleep indoors. 

We believe that all dogs deserve a comfortable, safe and enriching environment even when their loving owners are away.

Environment:

The dogs have a fantastic 4000 square meter area, divided into several zones with many beautiful corners, shady and sunny places and a lot of space to walk, play and run. They have a varied program every day and enjoy playing with other dogs and with us. We do everything to reduce any stress to a minimum, so the dog does not even realize that you are gone and enjoys new smells, companions and experiences.

Sleep:

All dogs sleep inside. There are several types of rooms to choose from, in which your dog can sleep at night. We have 16 living room-type rooms where dogs are on the couch or a dog bed. The spacious living rooms are suitable also for 2-3 dogs from the same family, they can be accommodated together.

We have also 8 separate dog kennels, where the dog has its own space for sleeping and feeding. There is a pleasant temperature in all interior spaces, suitable for a peaceful sleep. We will choose the room that fits the best for your dog. We want the dog to feel comfortable and relaxed here.

Daily program:

We will take care of your pet as if it were our own.

The dog will have a varied program full of experiences, love, care, running, jumping, resting, relaxing and playing.

We adapt the program to age and shape.

We feed according to your instructions with feed from you. Feeding times, amount of ration, extra treats during the day - we will set all this according to your wishes.

To make you happy, we will send you photos and videos of your dog during the stay.

We combine dogs for playing and time together so that they suit each other and get along. It always depends on what dogs we have and we adapt the program accordingly.

We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes. The area is huge and provides a lot of space to run even for large dogs that like a lot of exercise.

We accommodate:

• Females of all breeds, sizes and age.
• Neutered males of all breeds, sizes and age.
• Puppies up to 12 months old, regardless of castration of males.

We do not accept:

• Unneutered males over 12 months old.
• Aggressive dogs. They must not be aggressive towards people or other dogs.
• Dogs with an ongoing infectious disease.
• Dogs with separation anxiety.
• Female dogs currently in heat and females within 14 days of the end of the heat.

Price: 27 € / day

During all Year the price is 27 € except some holidays, when is extra fee +15 €/ day:

• Public holidays: 1.5., 8.5., 5.7., 29.8., 1.9., 15.9., 1.11. and 17.11.
• Winter: 20.12. - 7.1.
• Easter: 3.4. - 6.4.

Every day counts as a full day, both the day of arrival and the day of departure.

We are open 365 days a year. You can bring Your dog during the whole day, anytime from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

14 days and 20 days ticket (Permanentka):

If You are looking for better deal or if You plan longer stay, we also offer:

• 14 free days ticket for 350 € (25 € per day)
• 20 free days ticket for 480 € (24 € per day)

You can spend free days as you like, for multiple short stays, or for one long stay. You can also use 1 ticket for 2 or more dogs. If you don't spend all days from ticket in one year (365 days), we will refund you the money for all unused days. 

DOG TAXI prices:

• Vienna: 75 € one way
• Bratislava: 40 € one way
• Other places depend on the distance

Dog taxi available every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
